Winter Board Meeting, January 6
The winter board meeting will be held January 6th starting at 10:00 a.m. and with a tentative end time around 4:00 p.m. at O'Connor High School in San Antonio is when the meeting will be held. Please have all your travel, especially flight information to Mrs. Ong by December 22nd. Direct all questions about airport pick up, and directions to the school itself to her at ong@tsjcl.org.
Officers, and area chairs please bring your designated materials for the convention with copies for everyone if required. Contact your mentor if you are not sure what you need to bring.
Executive Board meeting August 26 and 27
The Fall board meeting will be held on August 26 and 27 in Houston. The meeting will begin at 10am on Saturday; we will adjourn before 1 pm on Sunday.
If you are flying, you need to fly into Bush Intercontinental (IAH). Plan to arrive before 10am on Saturday. If this is impossible, please contact Brenda Pearson about coming in on Friday night. Plan to leave from IAH no earlier than 1 pm on Sunday.
Board members should e-mail Brenda Pearson as soon as possible with the names and flight information for everyone who is coming. If you cannot attend, remember that you must send a proxy in your place.
Officers should have already received instructions as to what documents they need to bring. If you have any questions, please contact your mentor.

Everyone – bring your calendars and some photos from your club or from nationals for us to use as promotional material.
