Proposed Constitution and Bylaws Amendments

Hello everyone!

These are the proposed amendments to the TSJCL Constitution and Bylaws that the Program of Works Committee and Representative Assembly will be voting on at the State Convention. There are three ballot measures that will be voted on at State: two proposed amendments for the TSJCL Constitution and one for the TSJCL Bylaws.

If passed, Ballot Measure One would replace gendered pronouns in the TSJCL Constitution with non-gendered, inclusive pronouns.

If passed, Ballot Measure Two would clarify the amount of Area Chairs that can serve on the TSJCL Board in the TSJCL Constitution.

If passed, Ballot Measure Three would replace gendered pronouns in the TSJCL Bylaws with non-gendered, inclusive pronouns.
